A Computer for the study room

It always takes me sooo long to do a project because I fiddle fart around so much and try this and then try that and then throw it in the garbage and start all over again. I always do trial and error and very seldom follow any plans.

So I started to make the computer. My first step was Jim's printables as he always has good stuff. Well his computer was okay but it was too old fashioned and it was white. I made it up and then tried to put a black wash on it but I did not like the result.
So I made another one with photographic paper hoping to have it shiny and then I tried the wash and black marker. But the screen and keyboard were still too old fashioned and I did not like them any better.
The next step was go through my stash to find little bits and pieces that might make a suitable screen and keyboard. I found a couple of pieces of lego for the stand and screen and a piece of wood for the keyboard. Now I needed printies. I went on the net and could not find anything I liked. I did find some printies of keyboards that were okay though.
Then I realized that the best printy was right in front of my face. My own computer!!!! So I did a print screen of all of my programs; mail, face book, my blogs, and my start screen. I printed them on photograph paper and then shrunk them down and tried each one till I found one I liked. My start screen seemed the best.
I painted the pieces black, then used gallery glass to make them shiny, glued on the printies and here is the final result!
